Welcome to Elevé Events. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services Description
Elevé Events provides professional event planning and coordination services, including but not limited to wedding planning, corporate events, milestone celebrations, and special occasions. Our services are customized based on client needs and may include vendor coordination, venue selection, design services, and day-of coordination.
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your event
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Respect our team members and partner vendors
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for your event
Booking and Payments
Booking Process
To secure our services, a signed contract and deposit payment are required. Event dates are not reserved until both are received.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
- Payment schedules will be outlined in your service contract
- Final payment is due 30 days before the event date
- Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and Stripe payments
Cancellation and Refunds
Client Cancellation
- Deposit payments are non-refundable
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Refund eligibility for additional payments depends on timing and work completed
- Cancellations within 60 days of the event may result in full fee retention
Our Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services if payment terms are not met or if client behavior is deemed inappropriate or threatening. In such cases, all payments received are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, Elevé Events is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: vendor cancellations, venue issues, weather conditions, accidents, injuries, property damage, or acts of God. We recommend clients obtain appropriate event insurance. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elevé Events and protected by copyright laws. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
- Use our branding or materials for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works from our content
We may photograph or record your event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing.
Third-Party Vendors
We work with trusted partner vendors to deliver exceptional service. However, we are not responsible for the actions, services, or products of third-party vendors. Clients are encouraged to review vendor contracts independently and maintain direct communication with vendors as needed.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or modify services as appropriate.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Each party shall bear their own legal costs.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
